RETURN POLICY
Return Procedure
1.Email us directly.
2. Please ship the unit safely with your Return Merchandise Authorization Form.
3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item.
4. All return items must be in the original condition with all parts, contents and documents. If the unit is not returned in original packaging and condition, a restocking fee of some may be applied.
5. After confirmation, you will be refunded of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling.
*Any damage claim returns or refund returns must be returned before some business days since claim has been filed. Refunds will no longer be eligible if it has passed return window time-frame. We will not be responsible for any packages that is not returned within return time frame.
Packing and Shipping for return
Please note that improperly returned shipments will not be accepted.
Make sure to use corrugated box with cushioning material such as foam or bubble wrap and packing product to avoid damage during the transit.
Product or product description that is marked “Non-Refundable”
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Final sale items, gift cards, coupons, are non-refundable or returnable.
We can only refund to original payment method.
